GOOCZ objectives are to: - Enhance academics' capacity and skills pertinent to industry demands and societal shifts. - Revise curricula for current and future societal, industrial challenges, readying graduates for green and digital challenges. - Develop enduring transnational staff programs that mirror the changing societal and industry landscape, fostering academia-industry synergy.

GOOCZ targets: 1. doctoral candidates, postdoctoral researchers, assistant professors, senior academic staff; 2. Study managers and curriculum developers; 3. University pedagogical mentors. GOOCZ will: - Develop, implement and sustain a 5 ECTS Company placement curriculum - Develop, implement and sustain a 3 ECTS innovative curricula training training program - Publish an edited book with teaching cases and reflective studies. - Host 5 Impact Public Events
