โ–ถObjectives

To achieve a comprehensive understanding of best practices of planetary health diet. The best practices are used to develop Food for People & Planet training material and pop-up dissemination event and online workshop. To create a digital knowledge hub to increase collaboration between educational sector and working-life. To educate a wide group of stakeholders on planetary health diet with the aim to reduce environmental impacts and increase human health benefits on local and national levels.

โ–ถActivities

We implement a Food for People & Planet training program collaboratively at three participating colleges, offering local contact and online lessons, webinars & implementation online workshops. Also, the main implementation pop-up event at each college is aimed to be a continuous annual event, ensuring an ongoing focus on planetary health diet. Summary of best practices will be accessible on digital platform with extensive content on planetary health diet & its positive environmental impact.

โ–ถImpact

A digital knowledge hub: videos of webinars & lessons; planetary health training materials & recipes; manual for Food for People & Planet pop-up event; summary of best practices. A pop-up event organized at each participating country and an online dissemination workshop will be important dissemination events of planetary health diet. We expect students, teachers & other stakeholders have an increased awareness of planetary health diet principles acting as ambassadors of sustainable future.
