▶Objectives
Value creation is a new way of thinking that, once embraced, will lead to an effective balance between individual and collective reaction to challenges. Understanding and practicing value creation can provide a unique method to produce enhancement in all areas in which a value creator operates, such as the social, economic and environmental areas. Implemented in VET education and training, value creation will lead to stronger and improved connection of VET with labour market needs and societies.
