▶Objectives
The project is aiming to educate and train “Business Succession Planners” to be able to guide and train SMEs to prepare their succession process. Emphasis will be given in the education on digital skills, competences and digital tools which can assist both the BSPs and the SMEs to plan, supervise and evaluate the business succession procedure. The direct objective of the project will be the interconnection of the VET sector with the SMEs through the BSPs skills and competences.

The BS4INNO project is looking to create significant impact in all 5 EU countries implemented by: - Developing an innovative curriculum programme for BSPs covering the gap between the planners skills and the SMEs needs - Increasing the skill and the competences of the BSPs - Raising awareness on the available digital tools and solution for the support of the business succession procedure - Producing efficient BSPs capable to assist the SMEs into planning and - Improve EUs succession rate
