The specific objectives of MERR are to: a) provide an innovative digital toolbox on a assessing the stress levels and then a stress management training program b) create a training package that can be incorporated in similar training programs in the field of stress management for VET exploited by employees & institutions in the healthcare domain and inform target groups about good practices and techniques to improve their capacity and resilience to deal with professional stress and burnout.
โถActivities
In the context of this project, we will try to develop the means and resources to assess the level of stress and burnout amongst healthcare professionals (including medical students), and to provide them with training, including new techniques, practices and knowledge, to manage intense stress. Activities will include a Needs assessment, the development of digital tools and training material needed to support the training process and a series of dissemination activities for sustainability.

- Empower care professionals to be successful technology adopters for improving their own mental resilience and readiness. - Build a largely self-sustained Open-Source Learning Repository to facilitate an easier transition from traditional data access and learning to more digital and web services, including open-source applications and innovative practices. - To develop learning contents and approaches intended for the project target group, to acquire basic digital skills on assessing stress.
