Objectives

European agenda highlight the need for social justice in addressing climate change.Our project aims to empower community leaders and professionals through non-formal adult education, promoting gender-inclusive green transitions in cities. This includes advocating for gender equality in decision-making (O.1) and providing professionals with tools for designing such transitions (O.2). The FEM Green Toolbox, a collective resource, aims to align community goals with the European climate agenda (O.3)

Activities

WP1) Project Management: Kick-off working session+In-person and online meetings WP2) Peer-to-peer working group - Capacitating the professionals: Five online Discussions on gender-inclusive Green Transitions with a peer-to-peer working group + Fem Green Toolbox Beta version WP3) Training methodology to empower a local community: Workshop in Valencia to share and test the FEM Green Toolbox in a local context + FEM Green toolbox final version + User's manual WP4) Communication and dissemination
