▶Objectives
Enhancing work with elderly participants in cognitive decline prevention and care activities through the creation of materials tailored to the needs and characteristics of the elderly. This approach facilitates collaborative work and the inclusion of individuals with disabilities and mild cognitive impairment in heterogeneous groups, while also promoting socialization and preventing isolation among elderly individuals living in rural areas.
▶Activities
Three transnational meetings and interspersed activities will take place, where the work done during these meetings will be put into practice in each partner’s territory: • Preparation of project materials • Presentation materials meeting • Implementation “at my home” I • Sharing experiences in material application • Implementation “at my home” II • Final conclusions and presentation of definitive materials Throughout the project’s duration, dissemination activities will also be carried out.
▶Impact
Collaborative development of 3 materials adapted for use by various professionals and users. This initiative aims to increase participation in different groups, strengthen meeting spaces for older adults and youth in rural communities, and maintain or increase participation within their own localities to minimize travel. Additionally, it fosters mutual enrichment and exchange of experiences among partner organizations, while also expanding connections between European entities.
