Objectives are: Inclusive Trails: Develop accessible trails by installing firm surfaces, Braille signage, and rest areas. Digital Guides: Implement mobile apps or web platforms providing detailed information on terrain, flora, fauna, and local history. Capacity Building: Train guides and staff to assist people with special needs during outdoor experiences. Community Engagement: Collaborate with local organizations and tourism boards to promote inclusive outdoor activities.

Activities

The UNITE project aims to create or adapt hiking trails, ensuring accessibility for individuals with diverse abilities. Our activities include: Developing accessible trails with firm surfaces and Braille signage. Implementing digital guides (mobile apps or web platforms) for detailed trail information. Providing training for guides and staff to assist people with special needs. Engaging local communities and tourism boards to promote inclusive outdoor experiences.
