o Objective 1: Increase the use of digital tools in education by upskilling staff members who have difficulty keeping up with digital transformation o Objective 2: Improve inclusiveness and accessibility of adult learners, particularly those with fewer opportunities o Objective 3: Raise awareness among Adult Education staff about the importance of the environment and the fight against climate change in education, and promote the integration of environmentally oriented activities into curricula

3 seminars (5 days each) Activity 1: ICT in Adult Education: gamification, digital storytelling, AI, VR and environmental sustainability Activity 2:Online Security for Adult Learners: protecting personal information and mobile devices, how to "green" our lessons with technology Acitvity 3: Universal Design for Learning and digital trasnformation in Adult of Education: principles and strategies, educational digital tools that support UDL guidelines OER,UDL and outdoor learning.

- Improvement of digital literacy among Adult Education teachers who can consequently transfer this knowledge to adult learners, a key objective in promoting digital inclusion and reducing the digital divide. - Adoption of safer online practices. - Reinforeced critical thinking and analytical skills of participants. - Increased awareness about the environment and the need to fight against climate change.
