The project aims at providing tools to perform structured job shadowing among language adult educators. Comparing international experiences, it will improve educators and organisations competencies, enhancing their capacity to observe and learn through structured analysis of best practices. This will facilitate their professional growth through collaboration. It will boost an open educational context improving the impact of future co-teaching approaches and Erasmus+ staff mobilities.

Through the following activities all partners will share their expertise and select best practices features to agree and disseminate final results. - Learning by doing: training course on Job Shadowing techniques - Comparison: internal and external Job Shadowing activities in each institution - Definition of success criteria: co-creation meetings involving all levels - Drafting, testing and fine tuning of a JobShadowing tool in digital format - Sharing results: multiplier events
