We will develop a rigorously studied and analyzed transnational and sustainable methodology to ensure its effectiveness. This methodology will focus on basic emotional management training in rural areas, targeting leaders assisting emotionally vulnerable individuals. The implementation of this methodology will take place through an instructional guide, facilitating an understanding of emotional education and addressing specific challenges related to mental health in rural communities.
