โ–ถObjectives

The objective is to increase the quality in the work and practices of the involved organizations, capacitating them to work on issues of inclusion and interculturality with adult population through gamification. We want to create a wider impact by producing a tool that can be used by everyone. To do that, we will investigate the local realities of discriminated groups in each country and we will involve them in the creation process, in order to give a voice to these different existing cultures.

โ–ถActivities

The project will start with a Kick Off and a training course on game creation. This will be followed by a series of online meetings to develop the toolkit and a training course to share and finalize the module. A test phase of the toolkit will then be conducted in each country before another training course in which social workers will learn how to use the module. A multiplier event will be held in each country upon their return. At the end of the project there will be a final group evaluation

โ–ถImpact

The main outcome of the project will be the creation of an educational module based on gamification techniques designed as a tool that social workers and project partners can use to educate adults on the topic of interculturality and minority integration. We also expect an increase in the knowledge of these partners about the inclusion of discriminated groups, while hoping that these groups will feel empowered, listened to and visible, which will have a positive impact on them and on society.
