Mediterranean Treasures objectives aim to: · Raise environmental awareness · Promote interest for science learning (part of the STEM group of academic fields, Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) by developing innovative, attractive methodologies. · Motivate English language learning in real life contexts · Foster cultural appreciation of music and audiovisual productions Its main targets are students and teachers of the partner schools, and local communities.

Mediterranean Treasures will develop a toolkit composed of: · A methodology guide for designing modern, attractive, up to date learning experiences during field trips to natural marine environments produced by teachers. ·15 learning scenarios related to preservation of the natural marine environment, CLIL strategies focusing science teaching and school choir management produced by teachers and validated by students together as teams. · 3 educational videos of professional quality
▶Impact
Mediterranean Treasures expects to improve partner school’s capacity to develop educational projects in international settings, including mutual learnings in their everyday. We also aim to spark the interest towards STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) educational paths among our students by offering more attractive methodologies. It also aims for heightened environmental awareness and global responsibility among students and teachers, and wide school local communities.
