Objectives

To develop an innovative way of interweaving digital and interpersonal skills-based education for Europe's low-skilled minority VET educators and trainers. With the help of transnational strategic alliances, the aim is to help trainers, teachers, recruiters, counsellors and staff in the service of VET to recognise the soft skills they must have in order to work effectively. An inventory of 15 soft competences will be made in each of the participating countries.

Web Platform - E-Skills competencies recognition Digital Tool - Identified Key E-skills Virtual Classroom - Moodle - carrying out all relevant reporting and other project management processes as requested by the project coordinator - coordination and implementation of dissemination activities at national level as prescribed in the dissemination strategy - ensures project coordination at national level - participation in 4 transnational expert meetings

Impact

a. A list of needs in terms of interpersonal skills b. A digital tool for self-knowledge and reflection, c. An open virtual space, which will function as a meeting point between equals, d. A learning pathway (cycle) in which it will be possible to carry out multimodal courses and practices. The results during and at the end of the implementation of the project are linked to the objectives set, although the proposed objectives and results are general, each of the partners has local objectives.
