The “Lead your way” (LYW) project aims to reduce the employment gap experienced by individuals with Down syndrome and intellectual disabilities (DS/ID) by facilitating their inclusion in the open labour market through the application of supported employment techniques and a strategic use of digital tools. Digital tools will be used to empower people with DS/ID in their employment process, to enhance the work of job coaches and to raise awareness among employers.
