The project aims to foster diversity, inclusion, and innovation in EU research and training in design at the doctoral level. It is articulated around 4 specific objectives: 1.To define and design PhD practices beyond binarisms (gender, race, ability, and rural/urban) 2.To co-create innovative resources for diversity in Design PhD 3.To test and train for diversity in Design PhD 4.To communicate, disseminate and engage for diversity in Design research.

Assessment of binary discrimination in Design PhD programmes in HEI and in society Identification learning needs of design HEI Co-creation of Training Packages for Research Design community and other sectors Testing and enriching the training in inclusive Design Research Creation of open access learning material and tools on diversity in Design Research Case studies on PhD joint supervision/industry PhD/inclusion initiatives Dissemination for collaboration within and beyond academia.

Increased knowledge and skills on integration of diversity and soft skills in design PhD programs Dissemination of open access tools and training material for HEI, design community and other sectors Establishing frameworks for joint inclusive and innovative EU design PhD, Improved quality of HEI work.
