▶Objectives
DIDACTECH will be a unique project that will allow the creation of technological manufacturing workshops (TECHLABs) in the centers. The TECHLABs will be workshops that will produce educational materials for the primary school using state-of-the-art additive manufacturing tools that will be made available to any school across Europe that requests them, while enhancing the educational success of secondary school students with barriers and introducing them to the world of science.
▶Activities
To generate the TECHLABs, a network of 5 European countries has been comprised, with 3 leading technology companies (IKASIA, SMALLCODES, NANOPAINT) and more than 15 educational centers (IES ISAAC PERAL, 1st EPAGELMATIKO LYKEIO KATO ACHAIAS, and the centers of the GRETA AUVERGNE network). All of them will carry out various actions, such as on-site meetings, implementation of the TECHLABs, creation of results, training actions, selection of participants, evaluation, monitoring and sharing.
▶Impact
The main result will be the TECHLABs: technological manufacturing workshops in which school failure is fought through the technological and digital training of students with the creation of educational materials that will be requested free of charge by any school throughout Europe. These TECHLABs will be manufacturing spaces that will include the creation of educational methods, virtual courses, training programs, training itineraries, and the commissioning of state-of-the-art teams.
