Objectives

The project’s GENERAL OBJECTIVE is to implement digital resources, including technological and didactic tools based on augmented reality and 3D, to facilitate the teaching and learning in VET culinary field framework. This will facilitate the training of culinary skills, through the improvement of the individual learning rhythms arising from the intrinsic qualities of each student and promote educational inclusion by providing necessary resources.

Activities

In addition to the project Results, MR-PRECULINARY will organise a set of teaching and sharing & promotion activities with VET students and teachers, as well as professionals from other fields (i.e. RV, culinary guilds) to engage and promote the use and adherence to the Project tools.

Impact

Two results: - Virtual simulator for culinary pre-elaboration processes that allows students to learn professionally, from an inclusive, accessible and sustainable perspective - Ebook Didactic guide of use and learning of processes of culinary pre-elaboration with collection of materials The overall aim is to generate a new positive thinking approach within traditional professional kitchen work, taking advantage of the economic and professional synergies that digital learning environment provide
