Our project focuses on improving intercultural competence training through evidence-based practices, including the development of a Self-Assessment Tool and a comprehensive Handbook for trainers. We aim to create sustainable learning outcomes with an AI-assisted WebApp that tailors education to individual needs. By bridging the gap between research and practice and leveraging diversity, we enhance training quality and promote intercultural competence as crucial for diverse&inclusive workplaces.
▶Activities
The project involves quantitative and qualitative research on intercultural competence in companies, the creation of a Self-Assessment Tool for audits, and the development of an impactful and sustainable intercultural training methodology. This is supported by a WebApp that ensures a personalized learning experience and a practical Handbook of Intercultural Training, underpinned by a solid theoretical framework and collection of best practices.

ELEVATE expects to innovate VET through comprehensive intercultural training, promoting sustainable learning, leveraging technology for personalized education, enhancing inclusivity in training content and delivery, and facilitating meaningful cross-sectoral collaboration.
