โ–ถObjectives

The aim is to develop an innovative training program for European Managers of SME that will enable them to improve work efficiency and productivity and adapt to the numerous changes in the labor market due to AI. For business professionals to learn AI-based strategies and tools so that they can apply them in their professional activity without needing to be a technology expert . This training will also be aimed at preparing VET students for the new opportunities arising from AI knowledge.

Analysis of the 5.0 industrial environment and Identifying trends and changes in the labour market. Consultation with industry experts and Internal surveys and interviews will be carried out to end-user. Skills gap analysis. Development of the content of the Programme e-learning SMART development of the Training Manual. Development of video tutorial and content of the Trainer of Trainers Course for managers of SMEs in IA. Identification of areas of the company that can be improved with AI.

SMART will contribute to improve the experience of European employees in several ways: - Possibility of personalizing the learning experience of employees.Optimization of repetitive processes and tasks. - New professional opportunities in the digital field in accordance with the new market needs. - Boosting the economy and competitiveness of European companies:The extension of AI in the European production system will impact a wide range of applications in various sectors and occupations.
