Objectives: -To increase the digital competencies of 25 youth workers so that they can provide tutoring and training services in digital skills to vulnerable youth at risk. -To raise the level of digital competencies of 100 vulnerable youths so that they may have access to educational and employment opportunities. -To develop the organizational capacity of each partner to offer training and tutoring services in digital skills.

- Selection of tutors and selection of vulnerable young people who will receive tutoring in digital skills. - Design and development of the curriculum for the tutors' training. - Training course for the tutors and creation of a manual to be used by both tutors and the students who will be trained. - Development of a web application for monitoring and supporting young students. - Evaluation and information sessions.
