▶Objectives
WellME project suggests that there is an urgent need to turn our attention to Youth, the one of most vulnerable groups of citizens living in small, local and/or rural communities and build their resilience towards outbreak challenges. Partnership objective is to develop “Wellbeing Hubs” acting as local learning environments, promoting wellbeing and social inclusion of Youth by exploiting digital technologies and including measures for outreach and the engagement of Youth learners

The project will include the following core activities: 1. Research activity on Measuring Youth Wellbeing- Design Learning Modules 2. Wellbeing in Practice: A Hands-On Approach. Design Training Program 3. WellME HUB-HYBRID LEARNING ENVIRONMENT 4. Transnational Training 5. National Experiential Workshops across partnership 6. Hybrid Platform 7. Wellbeing Hubs 8. National Grand openings 9. Final Wellbeing Conference
