To increase the quality and innovation of professional interventions in the field of youth, a training itinerary will be developed that complements the mandatory training of professionals so that they incorporate knowledge about pedagogical-social challenges/trends; that responds to the needs of professionals, young people, entities and the sector; promote continuous training; valorize existing tools, and be comparable in European countries.

-Analyse and compare contexts and national itineraries -Identify existing resources and link them to the Domitia itinerary -Elaborate a Domitia itinerary proposal and establish your curriculum -Elaborate six additional modules and link curriculum with resources -Evaluate the route and pilot the modules -Identify and involve the national and European agents involved -Promote the implementation of itineraries
▶Impact
It aims to increase the quality, innovation and recognition of professionals who intervene with young people throughout Europe, through: Identification of the European, Spanish, French and Italian context in the training of youth professionals, development of a complementary training itinerary official and comparable, quality resources validated by professionals on pedagogical and social trends, and the promotion of continuous training and creation of synergies.
