The project achievement is to empower youth with migrant backgrounds and youth workers through the SMASH method, integrating newspaper theatre, critical incident methodology, process work, Digicomp framework, and UN guide against online hate speech. The SMASH method aims to: a) foster inclusion; b) implement blended learning initiatives for digital skills; c) advancing youth work quality and innovation. The project contributed to creating a more inclusive online environment for minority groups.
