ARTS aims to bridge the gap in youth-centered emotional and personal growth resources by leveraging the principles of art therapy. By integrating experiential learning, self-reflection, and digital tools, we aim to provide a holistic platform that encourages self-expression, self-awareness, and resilience. This project empowers youth to explore and express their emotions and experiences in a restoring and digital-friendly manner, fostering emotional well-being and personal development.

Main activities: Developing digital platforms focused on art therapy principles Curating experiential learning modules emphasising self-expression self-awareness and resilience via the arts Collaborating with experts and youth to ensure content relevancy and effectiveness. Incorporating art modalities - visual arts, dance, music, and drama to cater to varied needs Equipping youth workers with aids to facilitate art therapy-based sessions, fostering emotional well-being and personal growth
