Objectives

The aim of the project is to promote the integration and inclusion of newly arrived immigrants by developing a training model to help them find their own integration pathway. The model consists of continuous individual tutoring combined with effective language and ICT training. In addition, the model includes information about training and employment possibilities and requirements. A pilot course will be arranged in both countries to test the model in practice.

Activities

Planning and developing a training model to support the integration and inclusion of newly arrived immigrants, based on the experience of both partners. In practice, the model consists of a detailed curriculum for continuous tutoring and intensive, motivating teaching and learning. Testing the model on pilot courses in both countries. The participants' situation regarding further studies or employment and improved language and ICT skills will serve as indicators of the project impact.
