Objectives

Our project introduces robotics as a part of technology education into early childhood settings in three kindergartens located in Poland, Finland, and Slovenia. We aim to enhance early childhood education, promote innovation, foster collaboration between educators and schools, empower teachers with new skills, and engage and inspire young children to explore the exciting world of robotics. Through collaboration, innovation, and empowerment, we will create a brighter future for young learners.

Activities

Our project implementation will include a series of concrete activities: 1. Hands-on Robotics Activities for kindergarten children. 2. Curriculum Development through robotics class plans. 3. Teacher Training Workshops. 4. Dissemination of Outcomes. We aim to integrate robotics education into early childhood settings, empower educators with new skills and knowledge, engage children in exciting learning experiences, and share our project outcomes and learnings with others.

Impact

The expected results: 1. Integration of robotics education into kindergarten curriculum, providing children with hands-on learning experiences. 2. Teachers equipped with new skills and knowledge to teach robotics to young children. 3. Strengthened collaboration between partner kindergartens, fostering sharing of best practices. 4. Children engaged in exciting robotics activities, fostering creativity, problem-solving skills, and interest in STEM fields. 5. Sharing of project outcomes wider.
