Advance the digital capabilities of higher education in the use of AI and Increase digital transformation of HEIs through development of digital readiness, resilience and capacity ALFA Labs will plan the supporting infrastructure to directly impact HEIs to increase their capacity and readiness to manage an effective shift towards digital education and specifically the use of AI, develop digital skills and support digital capabilities of HEIs
▶Activities
Involve 4 HEIs and 4 APs HEIs to codesign a Digital Transformation Plan Involve experts in AI, digitilsation, pedagogy to Codesign the key elements, and a Cocreation group of teachers, students &HEI policy makers, to co-develop the Digital Transformation Plan Pilot an HEI Assessment Index tool and AI Readiness scale with members of the Ulysseus Alliance Host 4 AI Living Labs to evaluate and configure the DTP in real world settings Create an ALFA Kit to transfer digital capabilities and skills
