The SVoVET Project intends to • Enhancing innovation in vocational education and training through collaborative research and the establishment of international networks in the esthetic sector. • Developing a lifelong learning-focused training experiment centered on the cross-disciplinary skills of estheticians, catering to fragile individuals.

The project will implement the following activities: • Conducting literature review and defining educational materials, methods, and assessment tools. • Carrying out the pilot test with direct beneficiaries: qualified estheticians and gathering initial material. • Developing Open Educational Resources (OER) and making them available as free and accessible resources. • Conducting communication and dissemination activities, as well as ensuring sustainability and follow-up of the project.

Expected results: • Development of a specialized training program in socio-esthetic care adaptable to the vocational training systems of all EU Member States, aligned with the European Qualifications Framework (SVoVET Protocol). • Assessment of socio-esthetic competencies through evidence-based research involving participating estheticians. • Creation of educational materials, training methods, and assessment tools in the form of open educational resources (OERs) for wide accessibility.
