Enhance a more inclusive and high quality youth work across multiple European countries through capacity building,fostering cross-organisational learning, and promoting cultural sensitivity, to support vulnerable youth, including Ukrainian refugees. Support the YMCAs to develop a more sustainable and strong response to different vulnerabilities that youth are facing. Exchange tools and practices among 8 professionals and 24 youth workers to increase their capacity to support vulnerable youth.

Conduct capacity-building workshops, which include an exchange of tools, methods and approaches of four YMCAs in four countries. Participants co-create a digital toolkit to equip partners and the wider youth field with skills and expertise to support vulnerable youth and Ukranian refugees. Facilitate cross-organizational learning and cultural sensitivity among the partners. Disseminate the results and toolkit among the national networks, the YMCA network and network of European youth NGOs.
