▶Objectives
DESIRE project aims at improving digital inclusion in rural areas by strengthening the skills of the adult trainers in digital education operating in rural areas and disseminating good practices. The project focus on rural areas because the partnership identified specificities of these areas: - most digital trainers are volunteers - the distances to cover are bigger - often, the learners are also looking for social relationships - the necessity to develop a “go towards” methodology
▶Activities
The partners will elaborate a compendium of good practises of digital education in rural areas (PR1). The practises (teaching methods, tools used, “go towards” approaches, etc.) will be selected thanks to a common grid of analyse, firstly elaborated by partners. Then, an online toolkit for digital trainers (PR2) will be created and published. It will contain teaching tips and learning tools. At the end of the project, 2 multiplier events, one in each partners’ country, will be organised.
