Objectives

The project was carried out over 18 months, with a clear division of roles between the two partners. It began with the definition of CSR criteria and the creation of a model diagnostic report. The content was then translated and tested with pilot OFs. At the same time, a web platform was developed, including an evaluation questionnaire, resources, a report generator and a user guide. Transnational meetings and regular exchanges ensured coordination, ongoing evaluation and adaptation to user feedback. The project ended with the launch of the platform and the dissemination of the results.

Activities

The project was carried out over 18 months, with a clear division of roles between the two partners. It began with the definition of CSR criteria and the creation of a model diagnostic report. The content was then translated and tested with pilot OFs. At the same time, a web platform was developed, including an evaluation questionnaire, resources, a report generator and a user guide. A transnational meeting in France and regular exchanges ensured coordination, with ongoing evaluation and adaptation to user feedback for continuous improvement of the project. The project ended with the launch of the platform and the dissemination of the results.

Impact

The main achievements are: 1) a reference framework of CSR criteria adapted to OFs; 2) a multilingual web platform (FR/EN/SLO) for CSR self-diagnosis, free and open access; 3) an automated report template with results display; 4) a resource document on CSR; 5) a clear user guide; 6) tests carried out with OFs in France and Slovenia with feedback analysis. The project has raised awareness of CSR issues in training and increased the skills of our teams.
