โ–ถObjectives

The main objectives of the project are: - to understand, perceive and define the concept of well-being in rural context, by using the three participating country as case studies for a more comprehensive and complementary definition - to improve well-being in the daily lives of local inhabitants by proposing reachable and later on replicable workshops - to exchange knowledge and develop best practices together with participating organisations.

โ–ถActivities

We will conduct a survey to assess and compare the well-being status in each community. Local workshops will be offered, focusing on social, health, and physical well-being. Three Transnational Training Weeks will be organised in each country to exchange best practices on well-being in rural areas. Project management, results sharing, and dissemination activities will be implemented to ensure effective coordination and communication throughout the project duration.

- developed definition and best practices of wellbeing within the three rural communities that could be then used for broader research together with associated partners, local and regional authorities - improved physical health via activities that are shared by all partners such as pilates, yoga, body movements.
