In France, mastering a new approach to social and professional integration, and setting up holistic pathways for beneficiaries. In Poland, mastering a new way of tackling social problems in local areas by identifying needs and developing appropriate responses.
▶Activities
Exchanging knowledge, know-how and tools. Training adults in 2 specific schemes: 1 French scheme to identify social needs, 1 Polish scheme to support social and professional integration. Reciprocal experiments. Discovering inspiring structures.
