โ–ถObjectives

This project focuses on the EU priority of combating water pollution and climate change. This project will give our electrician training classes of 36 French, Polish and Romanian students the opportunity to ask questions about water management, the role of the eco-responsible European electrician and its impact on everyday life. The trainees will learn about the professions of the electrician and build efficient electrical pumping installations.

โ–ถActivities

The project will cover hydroelectric renewable energy production, drinking water distribution, wastewater treatment and purification, environmental protection and how climate change is affecting water: drought and flooding. There will also be practical work on industrial cabling and meetings with electricians working on the water cycle, from production to distribution to wastewater treatment.

โ–ถImpact

Groups of French, Polish and Romanian pupils will carry out weekly eTwinning videoconferencing activities and concrete activities involving the creation of: a jigsaw puzzle, a quiz, a logo, a slogan, practical work, digital magazines, an exhibition on water and a presentation of the job descriptions of electricians. Pupils will have to promote the EU Commission's commitment to the EU action plan: "Towards zero pollution of air, water and land" by 2050.
