The Egal'Asso project aims to improve the support of internal and external changes in gender equality practices of associations with between 0 and 25 employees. These associations will thus become ambassadors of a message in favor of the respect of gender equality to their users, who are the final public of the project. The latter will benefit from the implementation of practices that promote equality within the structures they frequent.
