Objectives

European Job market is constantly in search of a workforce with increasingly adequate and specific skills, but demand couldn’t always be fully satisfied by internal supply. Without adequate competencies profiling nobody can be easily matched for job shortages. Project aims to address two issues: integration of the immigrants in the European Job Market, and make up for the current lack of non-cognitive and cognitive skills assessment.

The project exchanges, adapts, experiments frameworks and processes for identifying and validating skills for migrants in favor of employability and inclusion. The project favors the search for profiles that companies cannot find in the national labor market
