▶Objectives
The project aims to transform European mobilities into a major asset for businesses, enabling students and apprentices to become actors of transitions by sharing professional practices in the fields of engineering and sustainable development, related to ecological and digital transition as well as inclusion. It promotes transnational learning based on close cooperation between partners for the benefit of learners' green skills.
▶Activities
The project adapts, designs, and develops measurement, observation, and sharing tools regarding CSR impact and good professional practices in engineering and ecology. The creation of a hybrid transnational master class focusing on digital and CSR transitions will prepare for the use of tools during mobilities and may extend to the implementation of Hybrid Intensive Programs. Results and impact will be evaluated, improved, and disseminated throughout the project.
▶Impact
This project aims to improve the quality of training and broaden mobility opportunities by promoting the involvement of companies convinced of the benefits in terms of innovation and skills. It contributes more broadly to bridging the gap between the economic and academic worlds, enhancing the employability of young people. The objective is for observation and results capitalization tools using AI to benefit all mobility experiences within the framework of Erasmus+.
