The project aims to develop and harmonize training modules for agricultural value chain research, with a focus on malting barley. It intends to integrate theoretical and practical learning approaches, enhance students' and researchers' understanding of value chains through case studies and fieldwork, and apply an innovative pedagogical approach. The goal is to equip students with practical and analytical skills relevant to current agricultural and environmental challenges.

The project involves various activities, including conduction of the value chain studies based on secondary data, workshops and training sessions, field studies, the creation of an online learning platform, and the development of a common syllabus for learning course.
