Favoriser la formation et l’inclusion de personnes en situation de handicap dans le transport et la logistique
▶Objectives
DiTL aims to promote the inclusion and training of people with disabilities in transport and logistics. The project aims to -Identify and remove the obstacles to the training of people with disabilities in road driving and warehousing. - Promote the use of new technologies and compensation mechanisms in the professional integration process. - Raise awareness and train those involved in guidance, training and placement, as well as companies.
▶Activities
DiTL will develop 5 work packages to address the difficulties faced by people with disabilities in accessing training and the T&L professions. WP2: Analysis of regulations & inclusive provisions in the T&L sector in Europe WP3 : Inventory of technological solutions, compensation mechanisms & good practices which will lead to the development of an interactive toolbox & an e-learning module. WP4: Awareness-raising and training activities WP5 : Dissemination and exploitation plan
▶Impact
DiTL will actively contribute to: - Combating stereotypes that can lead to discrimination against disabled people, and promoting European values of diversity and inclusion - Shedding light on innovations and initiatives to remove obstacles to the training and employment of disabled people in the transport-logistics sector - Providing new employment and career prospects in this sector for people with disabilities, guaranteeing them independence and a decent life.
