By implementing the project, we aim to promote sustainable entrepreneurship and gender equality in the Renewable Energy sector and vocational education across Europe. Our objectives include developing innovative curriculum frameworks, and a digital toolkit, providing training and resources to support green entrepreneurship, fostering collaboration between VET institutions and businesses, and disseminating project outcomes to a wide audience.

The project will implement two comprehensive curriculum frameworks aligned with ECVET standards, that will contain green skills development modules (6) and gender equality in green sector modules (4), develop thematic modules for green entrepreneurial skills, and pilot test training programs in multiple countries. Additionally, we will organize multiplier events, create educational resources, and disseminate project outcomes through various channels.

We expect the project to yield tangible outcomes, including the development of innovative vocational training materials, increased awareness of green entrepreneurship and enhanced entrepreneurial competencies among participants while increasing the attractiveness of VET. We anticipate the establishment of a sustainable network and the long-term impact of empowering individuals to create environmentally friendly businesses and contribute to sustainable and equal economic development.
