INTERGENDERACTION aims to be an element of inclusion in the workplace, eliminating stereotypes that cause conflicts due to intergenerational clashes in the workplace. Furthermore, we intend to do so from a gender perspective, as the emergence of young and empowered women in positions of responsibility also generates tensions in organisations with conservative structures that are not used to the coexistence of staff with different values, objectives, perspectives and work ethics.
