Not Just a Game aims to support Inclusion in Training, Youth and Sport by increasing quality in youth work and by reinforcing links between policy and practice. Specifically, we want to support prevention and countering violent extremism and radicalisation of all types, through a multi-agent intervention on Education, Youth Work and grassroots Sports and to reflect the results of this paradigm on a contemporary, urgently needed, Policy Recommendation Paper.
▶Activities
-A Training Programme on how to employ grassroots Sports to increase competency and expertise in the prevention of violent radicalisation and extremism, and act flexibly in relations to constant changes in the operating environment. - A Community of Practice Platform & an Online Symposium to interconnect all the players of the P/CVE cycle: Youth Workers, Sports Trainers and vulnerable Youth. -2 LTTAs and a Policy Recommendations Paper: To bring theory to life, research to practice change.
