▶Objectives
The project aims at developing the footwear VET offer in Croatia, through the creation of innovative and agile “ready to use” curricula and the preparation of trainers, teachers and in-company tutors, for the upskilling and reskilling of multilevel employees such as manager and workers, aligned with the companies’ needs, towards the green and digital transformation. The project will also increase connections in VET between Croatian organisations and other countries in Europe.
▶Activities
The project activities are focused on the development of innovative, agile, and ready to use curricula for green and digital transformation in the footwear sector, responding to the companies’ needs, for what a set of mobility activities will be held. This will be followed by a training for trainers, teachers and in-company tutors, on the newest contents and learning tools. Finally, a set of piloting and dissemination workshops will be held to test the proximity of the solutions to the sector.
