โ–ถObjectives

The project aims to facilitate participation of seniors in today's digitalized society by enhancing their digital skills and increasing their confidence to use them in their everyday life. Specific objectives are: 1) To create a tailor-made education that will adress their needs to increase digital skills and understanding of modern technology; 2) To develop digital skills of 200 seniors across 4 EU countries; 3) To increase seniors' confidence to actively participate in the digital environment.

โ–ถActivities

We will: 1) Develop curriculum relevant to the needs of seniors and in-line with non-formal education quality standards; 2) Develop learning materials for seniors; 3) Implement training for trainers focused on how to work with the target group; 4) Set up an online community for collaboration, learning and informing of seniors; 4) Implement digital education for 200 seniors; 5) Train peer mentors who will moderate the online community and implement educational activities in their communities.

โ–ถImpact

We expect to deliver: 1) Designed and localised curriculum and educational materials covering topics relevant for the digital needs of seniors; 2) 12 trainers from partner organisations educated to deliver education to seniors; 3) An active and relevant online community for seniors; 4) 200 seniors involved in the digital education; 5) 16 seniors trained as peer mentors and implementing gained skills to support and educate their peers.
