The aim of the project is to develop the key and transversal competencies of the marginalized target group, to improve their quality of life, and to help them integrate into society and the labor market by developing a flexible and high-quality, accessible adult learning program, which also means blended training and digital educational material and content. The development takes place in cross-border partnership, with the possibility of being used in an international context.

Activities: project management, development of training program and digital curriculum and content, formation and implementation of training groups in both partner countries (3 training groups, 60 hours per group / 15 people; Hungary and Serbia):teaching, testing, correction; dissemination and multiplier events.

- Design and development of a educational program - 1 pcs. of ecucational program - creation and development of educaitonal material (1 piece of educational material) - development of digital educational materials and contents - min. 20 pcs - testing and correction of the results (Launching 3 training groups: 2 groups in Hungary, and 1 in Serbia): evaluation, suggestions for changes, experiences, modification, etc. incorporation into international professional processes, work.
