▶Objectives
Innopod Solutions Ltd. and Harghita Bussiness Center are setting up the project to develop a unique online learning platform for micro and small entrepreneurs with fewer opportunities. Through this platform, users will be able to examine their companies and thus improve their own situation, skills and self-development through useful educational materials. During the 12 months of the project, the online platform will be created, tested and disseminated with the help of experts.
▶Activities
In addition to project management and communication activities, and ongoing online work, the programme will include 2 workshops where the involved implementers (3-3 per partner) can work together on the outputs. We will also organise a testing period with 100 respondents and provide them with 200 hours of guidance. We will then prepare the finalised output products based on the results available to anyone through 2 face-to-face and 1 online dissemination event.
▶Impact
Our main achievements in the project are the creation of 1 self-diagnostic online learning platform and the related collection of learning materials, counselling to 100 entrepreneurs to help them interpret the results of the questionnaire and personal outreach to 90 professionals during the dissemination process. Other important results include strengthening the network of partners, development of the digital skills of the implementers involved and creation of a target group members community.
