By sustaining a diverse, inclusive, equitable and international partnership, we want 13-16 year olds: to reduce stress, anxiety, engage with the world around, have a positive effect on various aspects of mental health, improve communication and emotional awareness and reinforce empathy competence Teachers: to slow down when they need to, communicate more effectively with children and set up a positive learning environment NGOs: to favour the self-directed progress and promote the human growth
▶Objectives

▶Activities
With the new point of view of working, teaching and learning together, students will do attractive Mindfulness activities based on nature, drama, art and music such as forest bath, my terrarium, wind bell, pandomime, safe arms,exploding feelings,stone&clay totems,smell-explain,paper roll and 4 element. Teachers will attend teacher trainings about Mindfulness and join the student activities, They'll show their creativity, by working in cooperation and collaboration.
▶Impact
OERs- Moodle ( Toolkits based ) and Project webpage will be good samples for future teaching and learning about Mindfulness integration into classes. On the basis of intersectoral ideas and experiences innovative programmes will be created which will implement the schools curricula. The project partners will enlarge the project's influence beyond schools to local and national communities with the help of Croatian NGO. Mindful lifetyle will be thought as the way of life in all involvers' mind
