▶Objectives
The project aims to support teachers and institutional innovators with training and methodological materials to better prepare for international mobility projects and to enhance self-regulated learning processes. Outputs include training material for mobility projects and methodological material for innovations, contributing to teachers' professional development and institutional innovation.
▶Activities
The project includes 2 work packages for the development of professional content, linked to the following activities: - 4 meetings with partners; - 6 (3x2) co-creation workshops with direct involvement of the target group; - 2 sessions of test training; - Collection of feedback and evaluations and, on this basis, refinement and finalisation of the outcome products; - 2 multiplication events, conferences and/or workshops in each partner country.

Training material developed for teachers in preparation for international mobility projects. Methodological materials for teachers to support self-development learning processes. Digitally accessible materials that are widely available to education professionals. Conferences, workshops and multiplication events to facilitate dissemination and sharing of results. Enhanced teacher competences in international project participation and innovation.
