1. Establish partnership and develop relationships for project goals 2. Scope out through research and identify UDL and lean tools practices 3. Identify course for UDL implementation 4. Develop skills and knowledge of teachers/educators for UDL implementation 5. Pilot UDL in a course 6. Review the outcomes and impact of UDL implementation 7. Review and analysis of our outcomes and learning 8. Disseminate the project results
